We had Sam as our sales representative. He was very helpful and polite. Answered all of questions thoroughly. We had a slight problem with our windshield wipers and we took it back the next week. They fixed it free of charge. Great place highly recommend them if your in the market for a used or new vehicle. Parts department was very quick a getting us back into our vehicle next day.

As someone who had little experience with dealerships and who bought into their negative reputation, Crest Ford in Center Line certainly changed my opinion. In the past, I bought used cars and had them serviced at either Belle Tire or a local shop but after a recent purchase of a newer used Ford from Crest I decided to give them a chance after the they offered me a free first oil change. Since then I have been back for some recall work and a minor exhaust issue but what sets them apart from my previous experiences is the offer transportation to work and back and the option to drop car off at my home/work once work is completed. You have no idea how stress free and valuable this service is. Shout out to Kaine (Service Dept) who took the time to clearly explain service issues and my options. Also, Heather (Service Dept) who was the first to acknowledge me when I entered the gauntlet of Reps and who walked me through setting up my Recall Service...
