While you never look forward to going to the dealership , the folks at Crest Ford take the sting out of the experience by making the experience less stress full. They advise, not tell you, what needs to be done and discuss your possible options . Shout Out to Brooklynn and Heather

I have nothing but wow for this place. I was in need of a truck and they had exactly what I was looking for, Tom in used sales was awesome, Pat in financing was just as great. I had a dummy light come on the day after I made the purchase. I called Tom who got me right in with the service department they fixed the issue with no cost to me and also gave me a vehicle to use to get to work while mine was being repaired. The service department called me when the repairs were made and offered to drive my vehicle to me ( over 45 miles away ) to rerun it home. This is how dealerships should be, not only taking care of the customers after the purchase but keeping the promise of making sure you are completely satisfied. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Nothing but a very happy customer here.

Last night, I experienced a flat tire. This morning, at 10 AM, I visited the Ford dealership for tire service, where Ken Fleming was my service advisor. I informed him about my wheel and tire warranty and inquired if he could verify its coverage for me. He responded by stating that I would need to contact the warranty provider directly, as he was unable to do so. Subsequently, I contacted the warranty customer support, and they informed me that the dealership's service center is responsible for contacting them and submitting the claim receipt via email. I then conveyed this information to Ken, explaining that he needed to call the warranty number. Ken appeared to become annoyed and instructed me to wait. After a three-hour wait, he still had not contacted the warranty company. At that point, I requested the return of my vehicle, which I received after an additional 20-minute wait. It is perplexing why a customer would be made to wait for three hours if the intention is not to assist them. I spent half of my day at this dealership, encountering what I perceived as arrogant and disrespectful behavior, particularly from Ken, and ultimately, no resolution was achieved. I would advise others to consider avoiding this dealership if possible.
