Outstanding service and staff was extremely friendly. They maintained constant communication with updates and never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. Very honest group of folks.

Phenomenal experience at Crest Ford, in Center Line. My salesperson, Rebecca, was the best. It was soooo easy and I love my car. Cannot say enough good things! The manager, Sam, was also fantastic.

Had to have a new battery, fast service (again) & everyone was friendly & helpful. Had a ride home and they came back to pick me up, Great service, again!!!

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Crest Ford for their treatment during our warranty process. Especially after the Loaner vehicle I was using was damaged by a rogue squirrel at my workplace. I truly felt they were in my corner the entire time and received excellent service, even interfacing with my insurance company. Special thanks to Ivanna for her patience and communication through out the work. She was wonderful to work with during what was a stressful and unusual circumstance. I would also like to mention the excellent write up from the Parts and Service team regarding the findings and repairs done to my vehicle.
